The textural surfaces of the platters are formed by direct casts of sand ripples from the beach, and as such the resulting forms are limited in number by the working life of the mould. Each new cast brings subtle variations…



Combined with glazes that accentuate the variations in surface, each edition has a unique character.



Continuing this theme of motion and change the Coast Tiles are hand-made from plastic clay, are individually carved to provide a bisecting line that can be connected in a variety of ways to create a coastline of your own invention.
